I enjoy caring for all family members from birth to the end of life. I am excited to do this in an environment with a strong focus on the community and on education.
Dr. Phifer has recently completed her Family Medicine Residency at the United Family Medicine Residency Program in St. Paul, MN. She graduate from medical school from St. Louis University in St. Louis, MO. She has particular interest in maternal and child health, women's health and community health.
