At La Familia Medical Center, we recognize how easy it is to feel that your diabetes controls you.  Our family medicine physicans, certified nurse practioners and physician assistants are trained to help you make the best decisions regarding your diabetes care.  We offer a diabetes education program utilizing a certified diabetes educator, a registered dietician and a health education case worker or "promatora".  Individual and group sessions in both English and Spanish are offered.
