Health Care for the Homeless
Our vision is to have a “Health Community
Where Everyone has a Home”.
We are federally-funded program providing outpatient primary
health care, dental care, case management, referrals, and street
outreach services to the homeless community in Santa Fe County.
We also work closely with other service agencies that provide
services to the homeless.
Our medical clinic strives to create a safe, trusting, and respectful
environment for all homeless individuals.
Health Care for the Homeless is always in need of the items
listed below. Any donated items can be dropped off at the
Health Care for the Homeless office located at
818 Camino Sierra Vista,
